July 2015 Conducted door-to-door introductions along the corridor
August 6 2015 Held first Public Meeting at Jack Rodgers Auditorium at Odessa College
Aug. to Oct. 2015 Refined alignments based on feedback received at first Public Meeting
November 3 2015 Consultant briefed City Council on the public response
Nov to Dec 2015 Evaluated additional alignment options requested by City Council
January 5 2016 Consultant presented recommended improvements to City Council
January 12 2016 Held second Public Meeting at Odessa City Hall during Council Meeting
February 1 2016 Held third Public Meeting at Jack Rodgers Auditorium at Odessa College
Feb. to June 2016 Developed final strip map and analyzed right-of-way needs.
